Tutorials: Create your own brushes
First open up a blank document, and insert the picture or draw whatever you want the brush to be, like this.
Then select the polygynal lasso or shape selection tool and outline your image like this.
Then go to Edit > Define brush from selection (CLICK THIS)
And lastly, rename it whatever you wish and click okay. (see here).
